I’m an advocate for wellbeing. The central question I explore is, “How can we live better lives?”

  • How to live fully, truly, and authentically you

Most of all, I distill robust ideas and write about how to integrate them into daily life.

I look for insights from a wide variety of fields: art, history, philosophy, spirituality, yoga, and more.

Much of my inspiration comes from the simple fact that I lived un-well for so long. That un-wellness has propelled me on a mission to teach others how to live well, and I consider it my life’s purpose.
